With more than 70 million people with disabilities and low education levels living in India, most of whom are unemployed, @Youth4jobsFoundation works as a system changer by providing them with a window of opportunity to become assets to their families instead of liabilities.

Founded by @meera.shenoy with the vision that a job for one member of the family would lift the family out of poverty, Youth4Jobs has reached 9.2 million households to date & aims to change the mindsets of people and encourage them to understand disability through the concept of “ability in disability.” Their excellent work was also acknowledged by the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in his Mann ki Baat address in May 2022.
